01Agreement
WebKrown is operated by SanctumCloud System Pvt Ltd, 1204, B1, Westgate Business Bay, Makarba, Ahmedabad 380051, Gujarat, India (GSTIN 24ABNCS0265J1Z5). By creating an account or using WebKrown you agree to these terms. If you use WebKrown for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
02Your account
Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
03Your content
Everything you add (words, pictures, products, customer data) stays yours. You give us a licence to host, copy and display it only as needed to run your website and tools. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload.
04Plans and payment
Every new account starts with 14 days of the Business plan, free, with no card needed. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, by UPI AutoPay or card, and renew until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay, with taxes added. If a renewal payment fails, it is retried; if it still fails, your site moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
05Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then drops to the Free plan. We do not refund part periods, except where the law requires.
06Payments you take
Payments from your customers are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. WebKrown takes no commission. You are responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds and the goods or services you sell.
07Acceptable use
Do not use WebKrown to break the law, mislead people, collect data without consent, send spam, sell prohibited goods, or harm the service or other users. We may suspend sites that do, after notice where we can.
08Domains
Your WebKrown address is provided while your account is open. Domains you own stay yours; you can point them elsewhere at any time.
09Availability
We work hard to keep every site running, with daily backups. Sometimes we need maintenance; we keep it short and announce it when we can.
10Liability
WebKrown is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
12Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use WebKrown means you accept the new terms.
