How do I make my first website?
Type your business name on the home page, pick what you do and a colour, then choose a design. Your site is ready to publish in about a minute.
Do I need to know code or design?
No. You change words and pictures by clicking on them. AI can write any section for you.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit.
Your design
Can I change my design later?
Any time. Your words, pictures and bookings stay; only the look changes.
Can I use my own colours and logo?
Yes. Upload your logo and pick your colours; every page follows them.
Will it look right on phones?
Every design is built for phones first and checked on small screens.
Domain and address
What is my free address?
yourname.webkrown.site, yours from the moment you publish.
How do I connect my own domain?
Open Settings › Domain, type your domain and follow the two steps we show for your domain provider. We check it and secure it (https) for you.
Can you buy a domain for me?
Soon. For now, buy it from any provider and connect it in two minutes.
Bookings
How do customers book?
They pick a service, a person if you have staff, and a free time. You get a WhatsApp message and it lands in your calendar.
Can I set my hours and breaks?
Yes, per day, per staff member, with breaks and holidays.
Do customers get reminders?
Yes, a WhatsApp reminder the day before, so fewer people forget.
Shop and payments
How do I get paid?
By UPI or card, straight into your bank account through the payment provider.
Are GST invoices automatic?
Yes. Every paid order gets a GST invoice you can download or send.
Does stock update itself?
Yes. Each order takes the item off your stock, by size and colour.
Plans and billing
Can I switch plans?
Any time, up or down. Nothing on your site is lost.
Do you take a commission?
No. The payment provider charges their usual small fee; we take nothing.
How do I cancel?
Settings › Plan › Cancel. Your site drops to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
