01The free trial
Every new account gets 14 days of the Business plan at no cost. If you choose a plan during the trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you choose nothing, you move to the Free plan. Your site stays online.
02Cancelling a plan
- Cancel any time in Plan & billing. Your plan stays on until the end of the month or year you paid for, then you move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your site, pages and customers stay.
- A plan you chose during the trial can be cancelled before it starts, and nothing is charged.
03When we refund
- A payment taken twice, or taken by mistake: refunded in full.
- A yearly plan cancelled within 7 days of its first payment: refunded in full.
- The service unavailable for a long time through our fault: a refund or credit for that time.
- Otherwise we do not refund part of a month or year already started, except where the law requires it.
04How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank you paid with, through our payment provider, Razorpay. They usually reach you within 5–7 working days; your bank may take longer to show them. A GST credit note is issued for every refund.
05Changing plans
Moving to a bigger plan, or between monthly and yearly: write to us and we switch it, carrying over the days you have already paid for. Self-serve switching is coming.
06Your own customers
Payments your customers make to you on your site go to your own payment account. Refunds for those are between you and your customer; WebKrown takes no part of those payments.
07Asking for a refund
