WebKrown is operated by SanctumCloud System Pvt Ltd, 1204, B1, Westgate Business Bay, Makarba, Ahmedabad 380051, Gujarat, India (GSTIN 24ABNCS0265J1Z5) (“WebKrown”, “we”). This policy explains how we handle personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.
02What we collect
- Account details: your name, business name, email, phone number and password (stored as a secure hash).
- Business details you add: services, products, prices, pictures, words, domain and payment settings.
- Your customers’ details that arrive through your site (bookings, orders, enquiries and messages), which we hold on your behalf.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser, to keep the service fast and secure.
03Why we use it
- To run your website and the tools behind it (bookings, shop, inbox, invoices).
- To take payment for your plan and keep proper tax records.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To tell you about changes that affect your account. Marketing messages only with your consent, and you can stop them any time.
04Your customers’ data
For the personal data of your customers, you decide why and how it is used; we act on your instructions as a processor. You are responsible for telling your customers how you use their data. We provide the tools to help: a privacy notice on your site and consent on your forms.
05Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run WebKrown (hosting, email, messaging and payment providers), under contracts that protect your data.
- Payment providers, to process payments you and your customers make.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- We never sell personal data.
06Where it is stored
Your data is stored on secure servers in India. Where a provider processes data outside India, we make sure it is protected as the law requires.
07How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example, tax records). Deleted sites are removed from backups within 30 days.
08Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to support@sanctumcloud.com; we reply within 30 days.
09Security
Encryption in transit (https) and at rest for sensitive fields, strict access controls, daily backups and regular reviews. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10Grievance officer
The Grievance Officer, SanctumCloud System Pvt Ltd, support@sanctumcloud.com, 1204, B1, Westgate Business Bay, Makarba, Ahmedabad 380051, Gujarat, India. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
11If you are in the United States
- This section is for people who live in the United States, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA) and similar state privacy laws.
- What we collect, in the categories those laws use: identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (your plan and payments), internet activity on our service, and the business content you add. We collect it from you, from your use of the service, and from your customers through your site. We use it only for the purposes in “Why we use it”.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.
- Sensitive information (your password, payment details) is used only to provide the service and keep it secure, never to infer things about you.
- Your rights: to know what we hold and how we use it, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. You may use an authorized agent. We verify a request by confirming it from the email on your account, and we answer within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
- Your data is stored on servers in India and processed by providers in the US and India, under contracts that protect it.
- WebKrown is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
- To use your rights, write to support@sanctumcloud.com with “US privacy request” in the subject.
12Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
